State of Florida, County of St Johns

Know all men by these presents, that I, Rafael B Canova of the State and County aforesaid, Curator of the estate of Mary D Clarke, late of said County deceased, have this day at the instance of the heirs of said estate who are all full and lawful age, and by permission of the Court of Probate in and for said County, for and in consideration of the sum of one hundred and eighty five dollars to me in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, granted, sold, bargained, released, and confirmed, and by these presents do grant, bargain, release, confirm and convey unto William Munson, of the City of St Augustine, in said County, all that piece, parcel or lot of ground lying and being within the said City of St Augustine, and bounded as follows:

On the east by Marine St
on the south by lands of Matias Leonardy
on the west by land of Llambias 
and on the north by lands of Llambias.  

To have and to hold the said hereby granted land, with all the rights and improvements thereon, and hereditaments thereto in anywise appertaining unto him, the said William Munson, his heirs and assigns forever.  Hereby relinquishing and releasing unto to the said Munson, his heirs and assigns forever, all the right, title and interest in and to the said land of the heirs of Mary D Clarke and their heirs.

In witness whereof I have set my hand, affixed my seal this 18th day of June AD 1858

Be it known that on this 18th day of June AD 1858 before me, personally came the within named Rafael B Canova, to me well-known and acknowledged that he executed the within instrument of writing as his free act and deed as Curator of the Estate of Mary D Clarke, deceased, for the uses and purposes therein mentioned.

Witness my hand at the City of St Augustine, the day and year last above written
